RENTAL POLICY:   NO PETS. NO SMOKING. $250 as security has been deposited. Landlord may use therefrom such amounts as are reasonably necessary to remedy any Tenant's defaults in payment of long distance telephone bills & to repair damages caused by Tenant. Tenant agrees to comply with all reasonable rules or regulations posted on the premises. Tenant shall keep the premises and furniture, furnishings and appliances, and fixtures in good order and condition and pay for any repairs to the property caused by Tenant's negligence or misuse or that of Tenant's invitees. Tenant further agrees to vacate the premises on the above indicated end date.

*NOTE: As we have no control over weather or road conditions, we cannot refund any rental charges UNLESS sufficient advance cancellation notice enables us to arrange for a substitute renter.
